In-stock items ship from Australia in 2–4 business days with tracked courier delivery. Made-to-order and custom pieces are produced specifically for you and take additional time before they ship — you’ll see the made-to-order journey at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed.

Some pieces are simply too large for Australia Post to carry — anything over 100 cm on its longest side. For those, free pickup from us in North Kellyville is always available; we send you the exact address as soon as your order is confirmed.

Prefer we bring it to you? Local drop-off is available across Greater Sydney and is priced by how far you are from us, in fixed distance bands. You see the exact figure in your bag before you pay — share your location, pick your suburb or type your address, and we show you where you sit on a map along with what each band costs. Nothing is left to be “confirmed later”.

Beyond our furthest drop-off band we don’t quote a price automatically — get in touch and we’ll work something out.

We post from North Kellyville NSW, in Sydney’s north-west, to every state and territory in Australia. For anything under 5 kg — which is most unframed prints and posters — Australia Post charges one flat national price, so a poster costs the same to send to Melbourne or Perth as it does across Sydney:

• up to 0.25 kg — A$10.20 anywhere in Australia
• up to 0.5 kg — A$11.70 anywhere in Australia
• up to 1 kg — A$16.00 anywhere in Australia
• up to 3 kg — A$20.25 anywhere in Australia
• up to 5 kg — A$24.45 anywhere in Australia

Heavier or bulkier pieces — framed work especially, where the carton’s size matters more than its weight — are priced by destination instead. Your bag shows the exact figure before you pay:

If you’re in Greater Sydney there are two more options no courier can offer: free pickup from us, or we hand-deliver it ourselves — see below.

Risk passes to you on delivery (or collection). Title passes once we’ve received payment in full and delivered your order.

Change of mind. As a courtesy, you can return unused, ready-made (in-stock) items within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Made-to-order and custom items can’t be returned for change of mind, because they’re produced specifically for you.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you’re entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor problem, we’ll repair, replace or refund within a reasonable time. These rights apply to made-to-order items too.
